Members of staff within the BGL Group have collaborated to design and deliver a crucial part of Customer First – ‘the ‘MAD Charter’ (Making a Difference),which is upheld by the senior management and customer champions at each unit.

All BGL Group staff are inducted, developed and given the support they need to be the best they can be to deliver delightful customer experiences.
